Invitation to the Congress

The II. International Congress on Communication, Technology, Art, and Design (ICTADC 2026) is hosted this year by İstanbul Arel University's Faculty of Communication under the framework of the "Digital Deluge" theme. The concept of the "Digital Deluge," which highlights that digitalization is not merely a technological innovation but a massive disruption transforming social, cultural, and ethical dynamics, forms the intellectual core of the congress.

Within this scope, the congress aims to open debates across a broad spectrum of topics, ranging from production practices to ethical issues, representation politics to data security, the transformation of creativity to the methodological renewal of the communication discipline. The congress aims to bring together academicians, undergraduate, and graduate students in an interdisciplinary environment of interaction.
